1. Needs Analysis

2. Planning/Design
   During this phase of planning and design, we translate documented conceptual and project scope information from the Discovery phase into detailed drawings and specifications. Using our ingenuity in system design, we create a system modeled around your lifestyle, your needs, and your specifications.

3. Rough-In/Pre-Wire
   With a specific focus on quality of work, this phase encompasses physically wiring each data, audio, electric circuit,
   utilizing the low voltage, media, and electrical plans produced during the system design process. Furthermore, all circuits are capped and wires labeled.

4. Install, Program, and Test
   Order management, integration of equipment at the client site, and custom programming are the focus during this phase.

5. Monitor, Tune, and the Future
   At this phase projects are transitioned to our service team. At the core of our personalized approach is our desire to develop a long‐lasting partnership with our clients through excellent service and unique customer experiences.
